Mary Joan Miller, nee O’Reilly, age 93, passed away October 10, 2018. Beautiful daughter of Kathryn Clark and Cecil Hugh O’Reilly. Loving wife of the late Raymond Mortimer Miller and dedicated sister to (deceased) Frank O’Reilly, Kathryn O’Reilly Moulder and Anne E. O’Reilly. Devoted mother of Mary Kate (Warren MacKenzie), Mary Beth, Anne (Jim Famartino), Raymond Jr., Molly (Paul Davies), Christine, Patricia (Peder Gronset), Mary Ellen, Margaret (John Mulroe), Robert (Krista), Mary Therese (deceased), and Peter (Patti). Beloved by twenty-five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Mary was a lifelong resident of Chicago and the northwest suburbs.
She graduated from Mundelein College with a degree in Dietetics.
She was an avid golfer, skilled bowler, serious card player, and happiest when singing surrounded by family. She especially enjoyed watching her World Series Chicago Cubs play ball.
